D-Sign K Studio is a professional architectural design firm providing Architecture + Interiors. Our goal is to create works that improve the quality of lives in the community and enrich the community tapestry. We believe the best marketing tool is to leave a legacy of projects that are memorable and positively affect the people who use them. To achieve this goal it is important to continue to grow as a team, to expand experiences and expertise.

An Indian native, Karthikeyan Perumal earned his undergraduate degree Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Madras and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree at School of Architecture and Planning at Anna University - Chennai. Karthikeyan worked and practiced in SCI – Singapore based company Ar.Marg Mahan who is basically a American Landscape Architect, then he practiced under RAA – Chennai based landscape firm Ar.RaviKumar who is visiting faculty of Anna University. Karthikeyan practiced & worked on competition projects, Government & private projects and own the most of it.
After professional design development, construction and management experience Karthikeyan Perumal established D-Sign K Studio.
PHILOSOPHY
One of the most important goals in architecture is to create meaningful, vital and social spaces. As architects we are responsible for shaping not only a project’s program, but also its larger civic role of enabling and enriching the community.
Architecture is not about building the impossible; it is about building what makes sense for a specific program and for a particular setting. It is about allowing the specific qualities of materials and the processes of construction to inform the design. The notion we find elegant solutions that reflect the designing hand of nature.
